Russ, a lifelong Elmhurst resident, co-founded a small sewer and water company in the 1980s, learning the trade from the ground up. As his family grew, so did his vision. In the early 2000s, he launched Russ's Plumbing & Sewer Inc., building something that wasn't just a business — it was a legacy.
Today, Russ's wife, their two sons, daughter-in-law, and a grandson are all involved in daily operations. It's a true family business in every sense: the kind where the owner answers the phone, where your technician is someone who lives in your community, and where your satisfaction matters because our reputation is on the line with every job.
We've now served three generations of DuPage County homeowners, parents who called us in the '80s, their kids who called us in the 2000s, and now their grandchildren picking up the phone today.
